About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy and dynamic property team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commercial property background to manage their own caseload, work with high-profile clients, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking firm.
Responsibilities
* Handling a full range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development transactions
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
* Advising clients on commercial property transactions and associated risks
* Liaising with clients, other solicitors, landlords, tenants, and relevant stakeholders
* Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high standards of client care
* Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development where appropriate
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
* Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and relevant legislation
* Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
* Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
