Job Description
* Oversee the financial operations of the organisation (Reporting to the Directors).
* Develop and monitor budgets, and implement cost control measures.
* Present financial reports and business forecasts to senior management.
* Produce Management Accounts and liaise with external Accountants when required.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Work with other departments to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
* Provide leadership and support to the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Manager' should be:
* CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified / QBE
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders.
* Experience with Xero software would be beneficial.
* Experience in an SME environment.
* Some supervisory experience.
