Create and implement engagement strategies for community merchants, leveraging these communities as scalable channels for seller education, feedback collection, and activation. Ensure that seller voices are captured and reflected in product and business decisions.Seller Education: Support early market launches by collaborating with key stakeholders on seller education initiatives and conducting seller interviews to identify knowledge gaps. This includes implementing outreach, developing topics, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as industry account managers to deliver engaging and relevant educational content, including hosting or facilitating webinars.Italy High-Potential Merchant Incubation: Fluency in Italian is essential for this role. Collaborate with the Italy Market Business Partner to drive the growth of high-potential merchants. Develop and execute incubation strategies aimed at increasing merchant sales, including building trusted relationships, identifying key blockers, providing tailored support, tracking performance metrics, and delivering clear progress updates to business stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or above.Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 6 months.Quick learner with strong adaptability, agility, and attention to detail.Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Basic data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL or data tools is a plus.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of the EU eCommerce landscape and market trends.Experience in organizing online events or webinars.Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is preferred for smoother collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
