Job Title: Assembly / Production Operative
Location: Lenham, Maidstone (You MUST be a driver with your own transport due to location)
Salary: £28,080 - £29,120
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled individual to join the team to support operations across production, delivery and site maintenance.

Parking on siteKey responsibilities within your new role would be to:
Assemble and manufacture products to company standards and specifications.
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Carry out quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation and site, including emptying bins, sweeping the yard etc.
Assist in stock handling and preparation of materials.
Deliver finished goods to customers using company vehicles.
Load and unload goods with care.
Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
Perform basic maintenance duties i.e. fixing doors, windows, changing light bulbs, change locks etc.
Report maintenance issues that require specialist attention or an external contractor.
Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
Support health and safety compliance across the workshop and premises.Experience and skills required for this position:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
A valid UK driving licence is a MUST for this role due to location and delivery duties.
Must be over 25 due to business insurance on company vehicle.
Good practical skills with basic maintenance knowledge.
Have a strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail.
