Requisition ID 16212BR District Vice President, Coldwell Banker Realty Our Job Description: Reporting directly to local operating company leadership (Regional President), District Vice Presidents lead several Branch Vice Presidents in their respective districts. As a member of the Coldwell Banker management team, you will be accountable for the district's overall success, ensuring that branches meet sales, profit, and recruiting targets. District VPs share our passion for growth, training, and developing while leading the sales and management efforts of the Branch Vice Presidents and sales associates You'll lead by example, acting with integrity to establish high standards of practice - administratively, legally, morally and ethically - for our sales associates, employees and clients. District Vice President Attributes: Outstanding recruiter: Builds strong, successful teams by coaching and working with BVPs to develop effective recruiting practices and accountability for reaching recruiting targets. You'll build a strong bench by identifying, attracting and closing the deal with recruits while retaining existing talent Growth enabler: Coaches and develops team to achieve new growth by providing and using all available tools (including but not limited to prospecting technology and business development). Develops and implements an approved business plan to attain growth goals. Successful coach: Develops highly productive branch management teams by mentoring and guiding BVPs, holding them accountable for meeting performance goals and supporting their coaching and performance management efforts. Conducts quarterly and annual reviews of their team to assess their performance against targets set during the annual goal-setting process. Financially accountable: Partners with the leadership team to set and achieve expense and revenue targets. Works with leadership and finance to resolve budget concerns; provides financial reports to district leadership, as requested. Industry expert: Ensures compliance with company policy and procedures, industry regulation and with state and federal law, including RESPA and Fair Housing standards. Forward looking: Assists in developing and driving company strategy, including technology, ancillary services and strategic marketing initiatives. Shares management accountability for developing and implementing sales and operational strategies and tactics. Your Qualifications: Recognized real estate professional, with 5 years progressive sales and leadership experience; consistent track record of sales excellence with demonstrated leadership credibility. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; active local real estate/broker license is required. Skilled people leader, with strong experience in training coaching and leading people, groups and organizations. Business savvy, with demonstrated success in achieving profit and loss targets. Outstanding communicator, with exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, both written and verbal. Technologically proficient, with familiarity of various operating systems and programs on PCs and Macs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe programs; demonstrate the ability to navigate and learn new programs. Professional flexibility, willing to travel within the local metropolitan area and between offices on a weekly basis; scheduling hours based on business need.
