Your responsibilities as Technical Project Engineering Lead

• Lead the technical design and development of new products and engineering projects
• Work alongside other teams to define delivery plans, resources, risks and timescales
• Support customer enquiries, bids and quotations through solution design and technical input
• Ensure design documentation and records are maintained in line with quality requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and working practices
• Maintain compliance with quality, health and safety, and relevant industry standards

What we’re looking for in a Technical Project Engineering Lead

• Previous technical leadership experience within a high-technology engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of electronics, embedded systems and complex engineered products
• Experience across mechanical and electronic design, manufacture and testing activities
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks, alongside electrical design principles
• Degree qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
