Overview
Lead Clinician role at TieTalent. The post holder will manage the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton, Rutland, covering both sites. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload and requires collaboration with the school’s Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead.
Location: The Shires Stretton / Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible full-time arrangements can be discussed based on personal circumstances)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Responsibilities
* Split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles of need (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH)
* Lead on coordinating line management for onsite clinical team
* Drive service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead
* Ensure safeguarding and pupil-centred practices are maintained across settings
* Meet EHCP needs via OFG clinical approaches (all/group/individual)
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree qualification in a specific clinical discipline
* Current registration & membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS)
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Clear, concise clinical and research report writing
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional collaboration within the designated specialty
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
