The Civils Project Coordinator is required to undertake all duties associated with the preparatory tasks in relation to project service delivery, chasing and producing program of works, liaising with main and sub contractors, supervision of works teams and other associated tasks. You will be required to oversee & ensure the delivery of various contracts involving electrical systems including compiling RAMs and CDM documentation. This position carries a high level of responsibility and as such you must demonstrate a continued commercial and operational awareness whilst promoting the success of the company.
More about the role:
1. Undertaking full and concise site surveys, preparing and submitting accurate works quotations and job engineering.
2. Supervising specialist subcontractors to ensure service provided is as per service level agreement; reporting any issues to the wider team immediately and contributes to problem resolution.
3. Attain regular updates from all Adler and Allan personnel on site whilst works are being undertaken; ensuring all personnel are provided with a full brief of works and ensuring service delivered in of a high standard.
