Category Manager
Location: Birmingham, Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking to expand its international team with the addition of a Category Manager.
This role is a hybrid role, and will require you to be based in their South Birmingham offices 2 days per week.
As Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific product category within the International Market. Duties include identifying market trends, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment, and monitoring sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in category management within the FMCG sector
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
If successful, you can expect a salary of up to £50,000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table.
