You will play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships with nurseries, schools, and early years settings, ensuring apprentices are placed in the right roles to thrive. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Employer Engagement * Identify, target, and engage with Early Years settings to generate apprenticeship opportunities. * Build long-term, trusted relationships with employers, acting as a strategic partner. * Promote the benefits of apprenticeships and provide guidance on programme options. * Develop tailored solutions to meet employer workforce needs. Apprenticeship Placement * Match apprentices with suitable roles, ensuring alignment of skills, career goals, and employer requirements. * Work closely with intake and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and placement process. * Monitor placements to ensure both apprentices and employers are fully supported. Strategic Growth * Deliver against business development and placement targets. * Contribute to the overall apprenticeship strategy by identifying new opportunities and market trends. * Represent the organisation at sector events, networking opportunities, and employer forums. Administration & Reporting * Maintain accurate records of employer engagement activity. * Report on performance, pipeline, and outcomes to senior management. * Ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements. About You Essential: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement. * Strong knowledge of apprenticeships, education, or the Early Years sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving business growth. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Desirable: * Existing networks within Early Years or Education sectors. * Experience placing apprentices or learners into employment. * Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or education.
