School: Independent Prep School Role: Premises Manager Start Date: October 2025 (or sooner if possible) Location: Windsor, Berkshire Contract Term: Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 A thriving independent prep school in Windsor, Berkshire is seeking a highly skilled, practical and hands-on Premises Manager to join their Site team. The Premises Manager will carry out day-to-day duties of running the site, managing contractors and both the school cleaning and site teams alongside the security of the school and its contents. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a similar role as a Premises Manager and must hold a valid driving licence. They will have knowledge of health and safety regulations and basic knowledge of site maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. The Premises Manager will also have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative. There may be some out of hours and weekend work required at some points throughout the year.
