Senior Change Lead – Transformation Programme
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hertfordshire
Day rate: £800 - £850 Inside IR35
We are working with a business who are embarking on a significant transformation programme, introducing Oracle ERP across the business to enhance Finance, HCM, and Project capabilities. This change will shape the way their organisation operates for years to come. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Change Lead to ensure our people, processes, and systems are ready for this step-change.
As the Senior Change Lead you will work with the Transformation Director, you will lead a team of change and communications specialists currently running change impact and training needs assessments. The Senior Change Lead will develop and execute change strategies, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure that communication and training activities drive adoption and engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role that demands strategic thinking, operational delivery, and strong interpersonal skills.

2. Devise detailed change plans that address business needs and timelines.
3. Manage senior stakeholders to ensure commitments are made and met.
