Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The role includes building and maintaining positive client relationships and effectively communicating the benefits of Firehorse Group's solutions to potential customers. The ideal candidate will also assist with follow-ups and provide support for the overall sales process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to effectively identify and convert potential customers
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide excellent client relations
* Exceptional Communication skills to convey key information and engage with clients effectively
* Proven ability to work towards targets in a results-driven environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and telecommunication systems is an advantage
* Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is highly desirable
* Located five minutes away from the beach
* Potential to progress to Senior Telemarketer (£40k salary) after hitting targets for 3 consecutive months in a row
