Job Title: Warehouse operative / General Hand

Type: Full-Time
Are you someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working with your hands, and keeping things running smoothly? Our client, a well-established Engineering business, is looking for a Warehouse operative to join their team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from helping prepare products for shipment to making sure the workshop stays organised and tidy.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Keeping the workshop and loading bay clean, tidy, and safe
* Packing finished systems into crates and preparing them for shipment
* Helping out with general handyman tasks around the facility
* Carrying out local deliveries and collections when needed
* Looking after the outside areas, including the car park
* Supporting the workshop team by cleaning, polishing, cutting tubes, and doing light machining work (boring holes, finishing tubes, etc.)
What We\'re Looking For
* Some experience using a lathe (a big plus, but not essential)
* A clean, full UK driving licence
* A good eye for detail and pride in your work
* Confident using a variety of hand tools
* A forklift licence would be great (but not a dealbreaker)
* Someone flexible, self-motivated, and happy to get involved wherever needed
