Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for two Non-Medical Endoscopists to join our expanding Endoscopy service at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital. The posts are 36 hours and 18 hours.
Responsibilities
You will provide advanced clinical practice whilst demonstrating high levels of decision making and clinical judgement.
You will be integral in the delivery of the strategic vision and plan for the hospital.
As part of a progressive, dynamic and person centred team, within a world renowned healthcare organisation, you will contribute to our new endoscopy department opened in 2024 with 5 procedure rooms.
Qualifications
You should have experience in endoscopy with advanced clinical skills in either upper or lower gastrointestinal endoscopy.
You should be able to work independently and manage your own case load.
Ideally you should be an independent prescriber, but this is not essential.
There is an expectation that additional study might be required in the future, including completion of second modality training.
You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to safe, effective patient-centered care, through auditing and developing your own practice. A commitment to quality, evidence-based care is essential.
