Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will build and lead Zenroxs B2B healthcare marketing function from the ground up. You will drive brand positioning, develop thought leadership, and generate high-quality leads across the UK healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting NHS, private hospitals, GP practices, and care homes.
2. Produce high-quality content: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and procurement insights.
3. Drive LinkedIn presence (organic + paid campaigns).
4. Execute lead-generation initiatives including content funnels, webinars, and industry events.
5. Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
6. Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, ROI calculators, and one-pagers.
7. Manage website content and optimize conversion funnels.
8. Coordinate Zenroxs participation in healthcare trade events and conferences.
9. Lead email marketing campaigns for nurturing and engagement.
10. Track and analyse marketing metrics to optimize performance.
11. Support PR and thought leadership opportunities.
12. Collaborate closely with Sales to align pipeline goals.
Requirements
13. 4+ years B2B marketing experience with strong lead-generation success.
14. Deep understanding of healthcare marketing (NHS, private healthcare sector).
15. Strong writing and content creation skills.
16. Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and SEO.
17. Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills.
18. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
19. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
