* Supporting key business projects and strategic initiatives
* Identifying and managing legal and commercial risk
* Liaising with external counsel where required
* Contributing to governance, compliance and continuous process improvement
You will also benefit from exposure to sector-specific legal issues and emerging areas, including technology, data, and regulatory developments - making this a genuinely interesting and future-focused position.

* Possess strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Be confident engaging with stakeholders across different business areas
* Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Be comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment

The Opportunity
* Join a high-performing and well-regarded in-house legal team
* Work on high-quality, commercially focused matters with real business impact
* Gain exposure to innovative projects and evolving legal areas
* Be part of a supportive and collaborative environment
* Excellent scope for career development and progression
* Salary circa £75,000 + bonus + industry-leading benefits package
