About Nadeem Nadeem is a 19-year-old young man who lives at home with his mum and dad in Swindon. He attends an educational setting five days a week and is looking for a skilled and experienced team to support him outside of these sessions. Nadeem requires 2:1 support and needs his team to be confident in supporting people with autism and behaviours that may challenge. He is non-verbal, so it is important that his team can use flexible and creative approaches to communication. Nadeem enjoys being outdoors, especially going to the park, riding his bike and taking part in activities in the community. His mum and dad are an important part of his life and working in partnership with them will be key to supporting Nadeem well. Experience in a similar role is essential. Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning.
