About Noor Relief Fund
Noor Relief Fund (NRF) is a humanitarian aid charity on a mission to break the cycle of poverty. Our mission of change is currently focused on Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, East Africa and the UK. The London office consists of a busy and energetic team who enjoy a friendly environment. NRF concentrates on orphan sponsorship, water aid, food security, medical help, education and long‑term projects. We have several campaigns running throughout the year.
Job Purpose
Manage the distribution and collection of Charity Boxes, coordinate the collection of donated items and support fundraising events that raise awareness of NRF’s mission. Work closely with shopkeepers to host our Charity Boxes, represent NRF at various events by managing our stall, engaging the community, responding to donor inquiries, building relationships with supporters and maintaining accurate records and reports of all activities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Distribute and collect Charity Boxes efficiently from households, businesses and new locations.
2. Engage with stakeholders and maintain professionalism to uphold a positive image of NRF.
3. Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of donor information and ensure data is promptly updated in the central database.
4. Provide regular progress reports, monitoring progress toward set goals and updating on activities and challenges.
5. Receive and acknowledge donations, sponsorships and gifts, ensuring all items are properly recorded.
6. Cultivate new supporters by engaging local communities and encouraging long‑term involvement.
7. Support and participate in fundraising events and awareness campaigns, managing stalls and promoting NRF’s mission.
8. Promote NRF’s latest content, campaigns and initiatives by encouraging sign‑ups to the email list, social media platforms and mobile app during visits.
9. Ensure legal and ethical compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines.
10. Assist with office tasks and other administrative duties as required.
Other Responsibilities
* Flexibility to work additional hours, including occasional weekend and evening work.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively on short notice.
* Compliance with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

Person Specification
* Good understanding and sympathy with Islamic values and principles and commitment to NRF’s vision, mission and core values.
* Target‑driven and sales‑oriented outreach skills.
* UK full driving licence (or equivalent) with access to an own vehicle.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
* Additional language skills, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
* Excellent planning and project management skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Positive and creative approach to developing new ideas.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools.
* Strong networking abilities to create donation opportunities.
* Capacity to work within a busy environment with minimal supervision.
* Ability to plan and manage own time and workload.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Flexible and strategic mindset.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
