Job Title: Plumber
Location: Midlands (with potential national travel)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Project Plumber to oversee plumbing projects across the UK, mainly in the Midlands. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys responsibility and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including initial surveys, RAMS preparation, subcontractor management, client meetings, and sign-off of completed works. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to high standards.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing and resolving problems across various commercial plumbing systems.
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and operational compliance.
* Collaborate with team members and departments to complete projects efficiently and on time.
* Maintain accurate records of work, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials.
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure safe working practices.
* Travel regionally within the Midlands, with occasional further travel as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 3 Plumbing qualification; G3 Unvented (preferred)
* Water Hygiene Plumbing experience advantageous
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Full UK driving license
* Enhanced DBS clearance
