The Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations across the Northeast of England. Based at our Newcastle Head Office, this full-time role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising security staff, implementing security protocols, and maintaining compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a large portfolio of clients in the Northeast.
* Oversee staff recruitment, deployment, and rotas.
* Conduct monthly client KPI audits and operational audits with staff.
* Provide regular training and development for security personnel.
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the T3 portfolio.
* Ensure consistent T3 standards across all client sites.
* Conduct incident investigations and write detailed reports.
* Work with Risk Assessments and Site Assignment Instructions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in manned guarding/security operations.
* Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding acceptable).
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
