The event, taking place on the 3rd & 4th of September 2025 at Manchester Central, serves as a hub for industry professionals across various sectors like food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, beauty, and e-commerce. UKPackaging Expo aims to bring together packaging suppliers and manufacturers in the North of the United Kingdom for networking opportunities and insights into sustainable practices and innovative materials.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Event Sales Manager at UKPackaging Expo. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for stand and sponsorship sales activities, communication with stakeholders, attending competitor events, and cross-selling into our second launch event. The role is based in Fulwell but offers some flexibility for working from home.
Experience
* 2+ years in B2B exhibition sales in the UK
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets
* Comfortable leading outbound sales activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person meetings
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Experience attending trade shows, networking events or managing exhibition sales cycles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
* £42,000 + 10% commission on all sales and 5% on rebook
