The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club - a private members' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms. What will you be doing? To directly oversee and effectively manage a team of Spa Therapists to ensure treatment standards are delivered in accordance of the protocol. To compile effective rotas, holiday planning, ensuring staffing levels adequately reflect the needs to the business. To effectively manage and oversee the spa reservations ensuring a high level of up sell and maximisation of appointment time. Ensure retail and treatment targets are achieved through motivating, developing, and setting incentives for the team. Implement new treatment offerings ensuring we are inline with current trends and health and safety polices. Manage treatment room operations alongside the Senior Therapist. Complete new starter onboarding and carry out staff training. Carry out Duty Manager shifts to work alongside and support the Spa Reception team, leading the team to ensure smooth running of the Spa What can The Ned give you?
