National Key Account Manager
The NKAM purpose is to develop mutually beneficial business relationships between Linde and its designated portfolio of customers, whilst ensuring all National Key Account targets, CRM goals, visits, pipeline and quotation quotas are met.
Responsibilities
* Achieve business objectives for NKA within designated customer accounts (OI, Net Sales, Profit)
* Manage and develop the National Key account portfolio and pipeline, including renewals through the EOC process
* Take responsibility for the sales process from forecasting enquiries to order delivery
* Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect all customer visits and review meetings
* Coordinate and respond to all tenders received together with relevant teams
* Respond and facilitate short‑term rental requirements; identify profitable opportunities from targeted accounts
* Own customer communication and stakeholder management
* Collaborate with the LMH UK Regional Sales team to deliver optimal customer solutions and experiences
* Analyze account profitability data, identify and intervene proactively to optimise performance
* Assist in resolving aged debt and invoicing queries; identify health and safety concerns and recommend actions for both LMH employees and customers
* Carry out any ad‑hoc duties as defined by line manager
