Fleet Administrator | Temporary Role | Immediate Start | Office-Based
I am working with a client based on the outskirts of Leeds to recruit a fleet administrator on a temporary basis. The assignment is fully office-based and is an ongoing temporary role.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate records of fleet vehicles, including servicing and compliance documents
* Coordinating vehicle bookings, inspections, and repairs
* Supporting the fleet management team with administrative tasks
* Liaising with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
The ideal candidate would have:
* Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
