Salary:£32,000£34,000(dependingonexperience)
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manageroadfreightimportshipmentsfromarrivaltodelivery
* Prepareandsubmitcustomsentriesaccuratelyandontime
* Liaisewithtransportprovidersandclients
* Handleinvoices,quotations,andcostingforshipments
* Trackshipmentsandresolveanydelaysorissuespromptly
* Maintainaccuraterecordsandensurecompliancewithcustomsregulations
* Experienceinairimportswouldbeanadvantagebutisnotessential
Requirements:
* Provenexperienceinroadfreightimportoperations
* KnowledgeofUKcustomsproceduresandimportregulations
* ExperiencewithsystemssuchasCargowise,Sequoia,orMultifreight
* Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkindependently
* Excellentorganisationalandcommunicationskills
* FullUKdrivinglicencepreferred
