RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a manufacturing business that specialise in blending animal feed. The business are currently recruiting for a practical, reliable and hands-on Mill Operative Lead to join their team existing team.This role would suit someone with experience in:Feed millingAgricultural operationsProduction/manufacturingGrain handlingPlant operationsIndustrial processingThe successful candidate will help oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed is manufactured safely and to specification, support production scheduling, and act as key site contact when the Site Manager is unavailable.Key responsibilities:Operating and overseeing blending activitiesSupporting production and raw material schedulingEnsuring quality and UFAS standards are maintainedSampling and stock controlSupporting maintenance and housekeepingWorking closely with drivers, customers and site staffWhat were looking for:Good attention to detailStrong awareness of health & safetyMechanically minded approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in agriculture or manufacturing preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with long-term career opportunities in the agricultural sector.Please send your up to date CV to be considered.TPBN1_UKTJ
