Key Responsibilities * Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently * Managing and maintaining customer information across online portals * Handling inbound telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries * Providing general administrative support to the wider team * Coordinating with internal departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly * Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation * Assisting with additional office administration tasks as required Skills & Experience The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience in an administration and/or customer service role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A professional and confident telephone manner * Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail * Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills What’s on Offer? * Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 * Early finish every Friday * Immediate start available * Temporary to permanent opportunity * Friendly and supportive working environment * Career development opportunities within a growing business * Potential for hybrid working (1 day per week) once established in the role * Simple one-stage interview process
