Residential Property Lawyer (3+ PQE)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Location: North West London / Predominantly Remote
A well-regarded, modern London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer (minimum 3 years’ PQE) to join its growing property team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly flexible role with the majority of work conducted remotely.

The Role
You will work closely with a senior lawyer who will provide a consistent flow of work, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service rather than business development.
The caseload will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* High-value residential transactions
* Matters involving bridging finance
* Transactions for overseas and international investors
* Complex title and financing structures
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, technically strong residential property lawyer who enjoys handling interesting and varied matters without the pressure of fee generation targets or networking expectations.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in residential property
* Strong technical grounding across the full residential conveyancing process
* Experience dealing with bridging finance and investor-led transactions advantageous
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
* Commercially aware with excellent client communication skills
