Join Sanofi's Market Access team as a Lead for General Medicines and Neurology, where you will oversee health economic and outcomes evidence development to enhance patient access in the UK & Ireland. Lead a team of Health Economists and Value & Access Managers to support market access strategies and HTA submissions.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead and support your team in developing submissions for new products or indications to HTA organizations, ensuring compliance with UK/IE guidelines and collaborating with internal teams.
2. Generate HEOR evidence demonstrating product value to optimize access, conducting landscape analyses, developing evidence generation plans, and collaborating with global teams.
3. Work with product planning and global teams to develop early UKIE plans for pipeline assets, including early evidence generation and scientific advice projects.
About you
* Master’s in Health Economics
* Experience in HEOR, HTA submissions essential
* Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
