Job Description
3. Lead the development and maintenance of procurement policies aligned with our strategic goals.
4. Advise on commercial terms for key supplier contracts, working closely with Legal.
5. Provide training and guidance on procurement best practices across the organisation.
6. Monitor and report on procurement KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
7. Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract compliance.
8. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational requirements.
9. Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team of Procurement Assistants.
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the not-for-profit industry.
11. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
12. Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
13. Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
14. Experience in budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
15. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
16. Proficiency in relevant procurement systems and tools.
