We are working with a mainstream primary setting in Smethwick seeking a learning support assistant (LSA) to work in their amazing fit-for-purpose SEND hub, this role is to cover academic year starting September 2025. This school has fantastic facilities and put a real emphasis on staff wellbeing, having a very caring & understanding SLT who put the children at the front of everything they do. This role will be working in a small hub with an additional two SEN TAs and a class teacher. You will be working Monday to Friday during term-time only, 08:30 to 3:30 during term-time only. Previous experience working with children with SEND needs is required for a minimum of 3 months, and formal teaching assistant qualifications, whilst useful is not required to be considered as the school wishes to ensure they also find the right fit to supplement their team.
