The Role
You’ll join as a Frontend Engineering Manager, leading a high-performing team focused on creating world-class web applications.
Your mission? To empower engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences — building scalable, maintainable, and elegant solutions. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to set the technical direction, uphold best practices, and mentor developers to reach their full potential.

Technical Leadership & Experience
* 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
* Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.)
* Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and clean code principles
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS / Kubernetes)
* Background in mentoring and developing engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
