BMS Sales Manager – London
GS Group has a client who are looking for a commercially driven BMS sales professional to lead growth across smart building and next-generation building management projects.
The role:
* Drive new business across BMS installations, refurbishments & Smart Building integrations
* Build and develop relationships with M&E Contractors, Main Contractors & Consultants
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through tender, technical proposal, and contract award (£50k–£5m+ projects).
* Position smart tech solutions including energy optimisation, interoperability, occupancy data & AI-driven maintenance.
Ideal background:
* Proven BMS sales / technical business development experience
* Comfortable discussing BMS & Smart Building systems such as: Trend / Tridium / Schneider, cloud & IoT solutions
* Hunter mentality with experience managing complex sales cycles
* Competitive base (in the region of £55,000 - £75,000, room for correct candidate) + strong OTE + car allowance
