Job Description
1. Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to support strategic transactions in the legal department.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with the department's goals and objectives.
3. Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement using technology.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the application of technology solutions.
5. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party tools into existing systems.
6. Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and systems.
7. Monitor performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
8. Stay updated on emerging legal technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
