Job Purpose
1. Learning and becoming proficient in software
2. Completing tasks assigned by their supervisor
3. Attending meetings where they take minutes
4. Helping different teams and areas of a business with tasks and projects
5. Getting familiar and having active involvement with the business products and services.
Job Description
6. Fulfilling task by a supervisor/manager.
7. Performing clerical duties.
8. Participate in helping or handling events.
9. Learning technical skill related to the industry.
10. Job shadowing (observed experienced professional in action).
11. Participate in training, Continuous Improvement Program, Safety & Quality Program.
12. Uphold TechnipFMC’s Core Values & Foundational Beliefs.
13. Comply with company vision, Quality, Health, and Safety policies.
14. Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.
15. Carry out other errands as assigned by superior.
You are meant for this job if:
16. A Diploma/Degree or equivalent in IT or Engineering.
17. Eligible to undergo a practicum by university/college. Pereferred 6 months Internship or more
18. Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Ability to take initiatives (being autonomous) and follow up with details..
19. Good command of English.
20. Ability to work in multi-cultural environment. Has attention to detail. Good skills of communication.
21. The position requires a positive-minded, detailed, organised, multi-tasking skill and able to work in fast paced environment.
