Office location: Bristol, South West region
Working arrangements: Flexible working between home, office and sites

Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor – About the role:
Join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in managing cash flow, cost control, and profitability for our exciting construction projects. You’ll work closely with production and technical teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality works while meeting financial goals. With a focus on proactive analysis, contract management, and ensuring compliance, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in the construction and development sector.
Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor – About you?
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field (HND/HNC, degree, or equivalent)
* Membership of MCIOB or RICS
* Proven experience in contract and quantity surveying, construction budgeting, and managing mixed-tenure schemes
* Strong commercial experience, particularly within residential development or contracting.
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, health and safety, and construction techniques
* Strong competency in remeasurement for various construction elements (e.g., Piling, Groundworks, RC Frame)
* Excellent numerical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Knowledge of H&S compliance, risk assessments, and method statements
* Experience in value engineering and procurement management
