About the Role This full-time permanent position (36.25 hours per week) is office-based in Teignmouth within the a fantastic team. You'll be the welcoming face of the firm, providing excellent service to clients in person and over the phone while managing essential administrative duties. Receptionist and Administration Assistant Responsibilities * Provide excellent client service as first point of contact in person and over phone * Welcome clients and visitors courteously and efficiently in reception area * Handle incoming calls professionally, directing enquiries to appropriate teams * Manage daily post duties, stocktaking, and office supply maintenance * Handle photocopying, document preparation, and general administration * Archive client files and organise document storage in Strongroom * Perform audio typing and maintain communal areas Receptionist and Administration Assistant Requirements * Previous experience in professional services environment * Reception or customer service experience * Excellent communication skills with passion for outstanding client care * Professional telephone manner reflecting firm's values * Strong administrative skills with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality * Computer literacy and professional presentation Benefits * Real Living Wage at £12.60 per hour * 25 days plus bank holidays with purchase/sale scheme (up to 5 days) * Two days paid volunteering leave, enhanced family policies * Comprehensive pension scheme and private medical care * Plus so much more!
