We are seeking an experienced Supporter Care Fundraising Manager to join a vibrant and dynamic fundraising team. This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract. Our team meets once a week in our London office, but we offer flexibility regarding your work location for the remaining days.
What your day will look like as a Supporter Care Fundraising Manager
1. Working closely with fundraising teams, you will be responsible for supporter care and developing and implementing a long-term supporter experience strategy across the directorate.
2. You will ensure the provision of excellent customer service to supporters across various fundraising activities and oversee the supporter's care vision and team direction.
3. You will optimize our tools to enhance supporter care, especially as we implement our new Salesforce CRM database and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4. Ensure our processes utilize the latest functionalities to streamline workflows and improve supporter experience.
5. You will collaborate with teams including community & events, individual giving, and legacy marketing, demonstrating strong leadership skills to develop your team and work collaboratively across the organization.
Skills & Experience required for the Supporter Care Fundraising Manager
1. Proven experience leading a successful supporter care team that has enhanced supporter experience in previous roles.
2. Excellent knowledge of improving supporter experience and measuring success through KPIs.
3. Good understanding of sector regulation, data protection, Gift Aid, and Direct Debit regulations.
