TDK UK Limited, part of a global, stock market-listed group, seeks a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead our Business Administration and Finance function in Bracknell. This is a pivotal, hands-on role combining financial leadership with business administration, supporting the Sales & Marketing team and collaborating with group companies in Europe, Japan, and the US. For high performers, there is a clear path to board-level progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Shape and execute financial strategies, presenting recommendations to the Board and parent company.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, foreign exchange, expense control, and risk assessments.
* Manage local accounting, banking/treasury, IFRS reporting (Oracle Hyperion), VAT, tax filings, and OECD Pillar 2 compliance.
* Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management.
* Lead business administration: management control authorisations, export control, legal compliance, contract and supplier management.
* Oversee quality management, customer service, accounts receivable, stock, facilities, fleet, IT, and HR.
* Ensure ethical and legal compliance with financial regulations, corporate procedures, and quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949).
* Supervise and mentor Customer Service, HR, and IT teams and conduct performance appraisals.
* Drive efficiencies, including automation, in reporting and administration.
* Support Board meetings and fulfil company secretarial duties (training provided).
* Occasional international travel.

Key Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree (or higher). Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field preferred.
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA, GCMA or AAT qualification required.
* Strong financial management, commercial and administration experience.
* Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, MS Excel/365, and analytical tools.
* Effective leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
* Components industry knowledge and German/Japanese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
