* Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Experience: 4+ years dedicated experience in Acute Care, ICU, or A&E (Major Trauma Centre experience highly valued).
* Language: Native English speaker.
* Attributes: High emotional intelligence, clinical confidence, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
