This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing data-driven analysis and financial leadership that supports effective planning, resource management and organisational priorities. The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will: Deliver a full financial management service to designated directorates, supporting effective planning and resource allocation. Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to senior management to support informed decision-making. Produce monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting and financial performance monitoring. Support directorates in understanding cost drivers and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and savings. Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial projections. Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop business cases, option appraisals and financial modelling. Support procurement activities and ensure strong financial governance across directorates. Promote financial awareness and best practice across teams through guidance, advice and training. Contribute to organisational financial strategy, business planning and service development initiatives. Play a key role in continuous improvement within the finance function, supporting the delivery of a modern and responsive financial service. You will work closely with directors, senior managers and budget holders, ensuring financial insight is embedded into operational and strategic decision-making. Essential Criteria Applicants should demonstrate: Full professional accountancy qualification and membership of a recognised body such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, ICAS or CPA Ireland. At least 2 years' relevant experience providing management accounting and financial analysis services to senior management. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting financial information to support strategic decision-making and financial management. Experience producing financial reports, forecasts and financial performance analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Advanced IT skills including strong experience using Microsoft Excel. Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
