This is a pivotal role supporting 4-5 Investment Executives and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. Your contribution and support will help drive efficiency and enable the team to focus on scaling innovative businesses across global markets. Your main responsibilities will include: Diary management including arranging meetings, travel and accommodation Coordinating internal and external appointments and video calls across time zones Preparing expense returns using Concur Meeting room diary management and client meet and greet Arranging catering and VC/screen presentations for meetings Ordering stationery and office suppliesSkills / experience: You will bring proven experience in a PA or office administration role, exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
