An established and highly respected construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Hampshire team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant healthcare commission, taking a leading role in the commercial management and delivery of refurbishment and more complex projects from inception through to completion
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing both pre and post-contract quantity surveying services, ensuring projects are delivered successfully whilst maintaining the highest professional standard

Candidate requirem
* entsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipl
* ine.Previous consultancy experience prefer
* red.Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experie
* nce.Proven procurement experience across construction proje
* cts.Excellent knowledge of NEC4 contra
* cts.Healthcare project experience would be advantage
* ous.MRICS qualified or working towards charters
