The Role As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and managing projects from inception through to determination. Responsibilities typically include: Managing and preparing planning applications and appeals Providing clear, commercial planning advice to clients Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team Contributing to business development and client relationships About You We’re keen to speak with planners who have: Several years’ experience in town planning (public or private sector) Strong knowledge of the UK planning system Excellent written and verbal communication skills The confidence to manage projects and engage with clients RTPI membership (or working towards chartership) What’s on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Hybrid/flexible working arrangements Clear pathway for progression beyond Senior Planner level Supportive, collaborative working environment Opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects across the region Location The role is based in Norwich, offering a great quality of life, strong transport links, and access to both vibrant city living and beautiful countryside.
