What we expect
Lead and coordinate the ITS team of 30 colleagues in Manchester. Management responsibility for all ITS functions – technical support, training, repairs, spare part sourcing and supply, sales and marketing support, structured in 4 departments with individual department heads. Drive marketing and customer relationships in close collaboration with local sales teams. Direct customer contact (customer visits, job-site audits, tender negotiation meetings supporting the TK Field Organizations). Develop technology solutions in the area of ITS Service R&D. Conduct internal and external events by hosting customer tours and promotional visits at the ITS Manchester facility. Responsibility for the ITS Manchester budget and managing the financing of the services. Coordinate legal aspects and challenges coming from reverse engineering projects and keeping up to date on the latest competitor technological developments. Further develop and improve the internal ITS services delivery to the Field entities in Europe and Africa. Attributed with excellent communication and public speaking skills, you will be offering commercial presentations to both our clients and to TKE personnel.
Who we are looking for
University degree or similar educational background. Multi-lingual knowledge – besides English, a minimum of 1 additional language from the list (French, German, Spanish, Italian) fluent. Management background (Leadership, Human Resources, Financials). 100% customer focus and high intercultural awareness. International customer service delivery and direct customer and service sales experience. Marketing and communications know-how and presentation skills. Experience in personnel development and management. Basic technical knowledge of elevator control systems. Basic knowledge in financial management.
