What You'll Be Doing:
Stepping in to supervise lessons in the teacher's absence while ensuring pupils stay engaged and on task.
Delivering pre-set lesson materials and maintaining positive behaviour in the classroom.
Supporting students with their learning and helping resolve any basic questions they may have.
Logging attendance and reporting any concerns to appropriate school staff.What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in managing student behaviour and building rapport with pupils.
A proactive, adaptable mindset ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic school setting.
A genuine interest in education and making a difference in the lives of young people.To Be Considered, You'll Need:
Strong, recent references demonstrating relevant experience.
