We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading manufacturing business based in Corby. Location: Corby
Shift: Panama / Continental Shift Pattern - 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am), rotating days and nights.
You will work an average of 42.5 hours per week over a 2-week repeating rota (Working only 7 days out of 14)
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

1. Set up and run allocated production lines efficiently to meet targets
2. Maintain high standards of product quality throughout the shift
3. Perform machine adjustments to ensure production efficiency and minimise downtime
