This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out and about, supporting daily routines and activities and helping young people build independence and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities
* Taking part in driving, appointments, and community-based support
* Being part of a tight-knit team on shift
* Keeping things structured, calm, and consistent
* Building positive, professional relationships
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Reliable, calm, and practical approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn - full training provided
Pay & Benefits
* £31,918.50 salary
* 2 on / 4 off rota (great work-life balance)
