Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Communications Program Manager to support Client's Collaboration business, directly influencing the communications strategy and initiatives across the organization. The role involves close interaction with senior executives and cross-functional teams to create and execute a communications plan that effectively showcases client’s collaboration initiatives and achievements. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent program management skills, capable of developing compelling messaging and engagement programs for both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage communications plans focusing on Client's Collaboration products and initiatives.
* Draft and oversee the production of content for executive briefings, social media, and thought leadership materials.
* Ensure that all messaging is consistent, aligned with corporate goals, and effectively engages the target audience.
* Coordinate across departments to align messaging and track communications deliverables for timely execution.
* Organize executive briefing materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and communicate key business updates.
Must-Have Skills:
* Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic communications plans.
* Proficient in content development and managing executive messaging.
* Strong background in program management and coordination across diverse teams.
Industry Experience:
* Prior experience in the tech industry, specifically with a focus on collaboration technology or related fields, is highly desirable.
